Once all items ordered are available we generally deliver, via our courier Hermes, within 3-5 working days. Deliveries to more remote areas or the Islands may take a little bit longer. Once your consignment is despatched we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, containing a link, which enables you to track your parcel via the Hermes website. Additionally our courier calls on you up to 4 times, should you not be at home. You also have the option of arranging a ‘safe place’ delivery, for example at the back door, car port or garage. As a special service even small orders are delivered insured, via Hermes.

Generally we do not charge an additional fee for minimum quantities! We even deliver free of charge on orders valuing £29.90 and over. The flat fee charged for deliveries on smaller orders does not even cover our actual expenditure for postage and packing, if you also consider charges for packaging materials and salaries. We therefore subsidise the delivery flat rate despite our low sales prices.

Therefore you may cancel your contract, in line with the legal requirements to your right of withdrawal, within a 14 day period, whereas thereafter you may cancel without stating a specific reason, by letter, fax, e-mail or by simply returning the item, for an additional 90 days. To state a claim in line with our money back guarantee a timely notice of withdrawal, or simply the return of the unused item itself, is quite sufficient.
